Our Purpose
The primary purpose of Preloved Collective is to promote sustainable children's fashion by extending the lifespan of gently preloved clothing. We therefore strife to make it easier for our clients to shop for children's clothing brands online, that are fairly new, at a remarkably reasonable price. We believe in the importance of prioritising longevity in clothing by selling children's apparel that we guarantee will be to the delight and contentment of our clients.
How do we aim to achieve that?
Our children's clothing at Preloved Collective ignites the need to shop in a more responsible manner, therefore, we aim to give our clients the sound reason to shop for high quality clothing for their children that speaks of affordability. Preloved Collective offers an ideal platform for parents to shop for a wide selection of preloved branded clothing that has been significantly discounted. Hi everyone! I'm Bonnie, the owner of Preloved Collective. First and foremost, I'm a mom to a teen girl and twin boys, and despite the rough patches and detours along the way, it has been an absolute delight raising them. I know very well that kids outgrow their clothes in the blink of an eye, then you have to find your way back to the stores to shop all over again! and that is just the inevitable reality of raising children.
We all have to admit that we want the best for our children, and therefore, we get caught in the trap of buying exorbitantly expensive clothes for them, knowing that they will soon outgrow them! However, we all want our children to look the part, be it going to a birthday party, a school function or a play date, we want them to look their absolute best, and without a doubt, we are all guilty of spending a pretty penny!
Preloved Collective came as an 'aha moment'! I suddenly had a mountain of children's clothes! from baby clothes, to toddlers, to little girls and to teen girls' clothes! Having twin boys means always having to buy two of the same clothing items every time we go out shopping and when they outgrow them, it's time to pack them away, and go shopping all over again! My daughter outgrew her clothes at an unbelievable speed, just imagine the amount of clothes packed away! What to do next being faced with such a conundrum? That's how Preloved collective came about. I embarked on creating a website for the kind of parent who still want branded clothing for their children, but are mindful of the fact that it would make no financial sense to buy bewilderingly expensive clothes for their children firsthand, when you can choose to buy preloved high-quality clothes that are in excellent condition, at a fraction of the price. I therefore embark on this journey, to further source amazing, preloved alternatives for parents who have been seeking avenues that will make shopping a breeze, coupled with a sigh of relief.
