Returns Policy

Acceptable reasons for return

You may return an item only if:

•  we made an error in the item's description (e.g. incorrect size, brand or a major flaw),
• the item received, is not the one you ordered.

Returns for change of mind

Because of the nature of used items, we do not accept returns for reasons such as:

• No longer want the item or I've changed my mind.
• Item does not fit, if the size was clearly listed.
• Minor imperfections consistent with an item's pre-owned status.

Timeframe for returns

If your return meets the conditions above, you must contact us at ([email protected]) within 10 days of receiving order.
