Buyers Policy

• Items purchased on Preloved Collective will have imperfections and marks of use, as all items are pre-owned and are sold 'as is'. 
• All our items are pictured and described to the best of our ability, but some imperfections may exist.
• By purchasing an item, you acknowledge its used condition and the particulars of its listing.
• Preloved Collective tries its best to ensure that items are delivered on time, however, cannot be held responsible for delays when items have already been collected for delivery.
• Delivery time is 3-5 business working days.
